(DES MOINES, IA)  Strategy and Insights agency, Quester, has announced a consulting partnership with Gwen Ishmael as its Strategic Innovation Advisor. Gwen will leverage her extensive knowledge of innovation processes to assist Quester in further developing scalable, repeatable approaches that produce breakthrough products and services for its clients.
