Quester Announces Philanthropic Program to Fund Market Research for Several Fortunate Non-Profit Organizations

Quester® Cares Initiative is Aimed at Helping Select Non-Profits Significantly Improve Multiple Business and Communication Needs

DES MOINES, Iowa – (Sept. 9, 2015) – Quester, a leader in the market research industry, announced today its first formal philanthropic program, Quester Cares, which will fund market research in 2016 for select non-profit (501)(c)(3) organizations. Beginning on September 9 and ending October 31, 2015, Quester will accept applications from qualified non-profit organizations that would like to receive award-winning market research enabling them to better communicate and connect with their target audiences. On December 1, Quester’s employee council in charge of reviewing the applications will announce their selections. The total amount of research funds allocated to the select organization(s) will be based on 5% of total revenues during Quester’s 2015 fiscal year. Quester’s industry award technology is used by many household name brands in the consumer goods, financial services and technology markets.

Quester Cares understands that many organizations elect to forego marketing research due to the lack of resources and time – typically non-profits who do amazing work dedicate all their resources to the people and causes they serve. Quester Cares wants to help these organizations overcome their obstacles by harnessing the power of research, to help them more effectively communicate their message to truly connect with more people, in a more personalized way.

“Research is a very powerful tool and when used to its maximum potential it can reward any organization, including non-profits, with the means to exponentially grow which is why the employees at Quester are launching nationwide the Quester Cares initiative,” said Tim Hoskins, President of Quester. “The idea behind Quester Cares was first brought to my attention over 5 years ago when I joined Quester by one of our Senior Research Managers, Alexander Parrish. He believed the power of research should be available to organizations that are built on the foundation of helping people. I was again reminded of this during a non-profit presentation at the Marketing Research Association’s CEO Summit this past February, and decided to act. On behalf of all of the Quester employees, we are excited to provide world class research to these organizations.”

Quester will accept one proposal per group during the application process (September 9 – October 31st). Proposals will be reviewed by an employee council at the company’s headquarters during the month of November and the selections will be announced on December 1st.
