We’re pleased to introduce the following individuals who recently joined the Quester team:
Randa Ulankiewicz – Sr. Research Director
What made you interested in joining Quester? What excites you the most?
Coming from the client-side and into the supplier side was not hard to do when it came to Quester. Quester’s methodology of conducting research is innovative and different. I found Quester to be very different from other companies, in that the usage of artificial intelligence and mixed methodologies to gather feedback is not only the standard but provided actionable and insightful data for each study conducted. The finesse and passion all my colleagues have to ensure meaningful data is collected motivates me to ensure we provide our clients with actionable insights they can use to solve their business question(s). Learning is continuous at Quester due to the wealth of knowledge that each employee holds. There is also a desire for employees to share that knowledge with others, which ensures that everyone is successful.
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
Beautiful weather and BBQs with friends and family! I enjoy running and exploring the forest preserves in my area. Paths are peaceful, and hearing the birds as you trek through brings a sense of calm. I am also looking forward to doing some weekend travels in the Midwest.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I could eat a Greek chicken salad until the end of days. If I go one day without eating a salad, I feel as if my diet is incomplete for the day. It’s filling, delicious, and flavorful. You get the saltiness of the feta cheese, the bite of the pepperoncini, and the savory flavors of a well-seasoned chicken. The EVOO and oregano flavors are delightful to meld all the flavors together! I like to substitute fresh sumac for lemon. I would also choose a Portillo’s chocolate cake as my one and only meal for life. You know, balance.
If you could time travel, when and where would you go?
The Roaring 20s! Women’s voices were beginning to be heard, although it would take a long way for equality to come. However, women’s freedom of expression began to come to rise. It was also the jazz era, and life was one big party, prior to the Great Depression. Great artists were also around at that time, including Salvador Dali.

What made you interested in joining Quester? What excites you the most?
I’m a chronic overthinker and read into things too much – figured I might as well use my powers for good by digging into data and helping our clients meet their goals.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Is wine considered a food?
If you could have any exotic animal as a pet, what would it be and why?
Elephant! Basically, humans are the equivalent of puppies to elephants, so seems like a good gig. I wonder if they’d give me treats…
If you could time travel, when and where would you go?
Probably back in time to Rome, but only after toilets became a thing.
Jon Aumann – Operations Specialist I
What made you interested in joining Quester? What excites you the most?
I was interested in getting a chance to work with a great firm that would help advance my programming skills. I’m most excited to be making surveys that can help shape the direction a company goes.
If you could have any exotic animal as a pet, what would it be and why?
I’d keep a sugar glider. I think they’re adorable and it would be really amazing to have it glide through the air to you.
If you could time travel, when and where would you go?
I would go back to the 1920s just to see how crazy life could get during prohibition and the rise of American gangsters during it.
If you could live in any movie, what would it be and why?
I would pick “Red Notice.” It would be super exciting to be part of an art heist.
Pryce Johnson – Research Analyst
What made you interested in joining Quester? What excites you the most?
I was interested in joining Quester because I think it’s a really unique company. I’ve done research and analysis in the realm of academia in the past, and I was interested in changing it up. The research I do now with Quester is much more applicable to my daily life, so it’s easy to stay engaged and inspired by the work I’m doing.
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
This summer I’m looking forward to playing sand volleyball with my friends and spending lots of time outside.
If you could time travel, when and where would you go?
I would time travel back to the 1920s to see if it was as fun as history makes it sound.
If you could live in any movie, what would it be and why?
I would like to live in any of the Harry Potter movies because it would be super fun to go to Hogwarts and be a witch.
